A Service Centre is looking for the right candidate to fill the following position : -

Service Manager

Responsibilities

In-charge of the daily operations of the centre to ensure smooth workflow is achieved
Manage the technical and customer service teams to provide professional and efficient services to customers
Communicate with internal and external parties in a cooperative and timely manner

Requirements

Degree / Diploma holder in Electronics Engineer with 10 years solid experience gained in a service centre, in which 5 years on managerial level
Sound people management with both technical and customer service skills
Good interpersonal, communication and reporting skills
Critical thinking and possess an analytical mind
Possess good command in written English and Cantonese
Proficiency in MS office and Outlook
