A Service Centre is looking for the right candidate to fill the following position : -



Service Manager Post Date: 16 Jun 09

Responsibilities

  • In-charge of the daily operations of the centre to ensure smooth workflow is achieved
  • Manage the technical and customer service teams to provide professional and efficient services to customers
  • Communicate with internal and external parties in a cooperative and timely manner

 

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Electronics Engineer with 10 years solid experience gained in a service centre, in which 5 years on managerial level
  • Sound people management with both technical and customer service skills
  • Good interpersonal, communication and reporting skills
  • Critical thinking and possess an analytical mind
  • Possess good command in written English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS office and Outlook
