CRM Manager

Our client is a multinational luxury products company with global brands. They urgently need to appoint a high caliber CRM Manager to join this dynamic organization and be part of the Team.
Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Senior Manager
• Responsible for system implementation and database management
• Formulating and defining CRM objectives, strategy and initiating joint promotions, events and loyalty programs to retain customers and maximize loyalty club coverage
• Monitoring the budget, you will lead external agencies to design and manage website and DMs
Requirements:
• University degree with at least 3 years CRM experience
• Well experienced in CRM, database and club membership management with knowledge of brand management
• Strategic and analytical minded
• Must have excellent leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of luxury goods would be highly preferred
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential for this role
