An international French luxury brand with ready-to-wear, accessories, watch and jewellery is looking for a CRM Manager to cover HK and Macau.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the brand’s CRM strategies and VIP club. You will perform datamining and segmentation analyses for acquisition and retention programs. You will execute marketing programs and events for the targeted segments. You will work with the front line and the AP team to maintain the health of the database.
A Bachelor Degree holder, you have at least 5 years of experience in retail marketing from luxury / high-street brands. Direct CRM, marketing communication and event management experience is essential. You have good presentation skills in English and Chinese. You are analytical and detail-oriented.
