Reporting to the Director of the company, the Operations & Training Manager should be an all-rounded person looking after every aspect of the fundraising campaign. Specifically, the responsibilities are:
l Monitor constantly the performance and efficiency of the various NGO teams and individual fundraisers and ensure that both achieve the set target;
l Oversee the daily operations including location planning and staff deployment of different NGO teams totaling over 60 frontline staff;
l Maintain the stability of the frontline staff by executing effective recruitment, training and personnel management work;
l Direct and formulate the company's training and development strategies for the frontline staff including a middle management team;
l Plan, design and deliver various training programmes including face-to-face "sales" techniques, positive mind setting, team building, professional ethnics, knowledge and understanding of the represented charity and its social cause, as well as the overall third sector services industry;
l Develop and produce all kinds of effective training tools and material and to ensure the company's core values are practiced in the field and daily work;
l Work closely with a Field Manager and Field Supervisors to help coach and motivate team members on-site;
l Coordinate with marketing executives to ensure the set of marketing collateral are desirable and appealing;
l Plan strategically to develop the fundraising programme so as to expand the donor market share.
Requirements:
l University graduated with at least five solid relevant working experience, in particular with "sales' target and frontline staff management as well as training expertise;
l Result-oriented with articulate analytical mind on figures and statistics;
l Capable to provide guidance for subordinate supervisors and motivate frontline staff to meet project target;
l Hands on trainer with the ability to write training material and deliver training courses;
l Highly initiative to cope with changing environment;
l Passion and commitment in social services and community work
l Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written and
l Well versed in computer knowledge in particular EXCEL.
