Part Time Customer Service Executive Post Date: 21 Jul 09

Responsible for handling enquires, orders and complaints in our Customer Service Department.

Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above
  • At least 2 years' experience in handling customer enquiries and complaints
  • Hotline customer services experience is preferred
  • Excellent in Microsoft Word and Excel. English & Chinese typing are essential
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities, result-oriented and caring attitude
  • Immediate available preferred
  • Working hour: 2:30pm to 6:30pm (Monday to Friday)
